- The process of buying
You can find a detailed description of the products in the Webshop by clicking on each product in the product data sheet. If you need more information, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
If you want to buy, click on “Buy” or “Add to basket” for the specific product sheet. You can then proceed to the purchase by adding other products to your shopping cart, or if you have finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
Here you can also change the quantity of the product, delete the product, and continue shopping to add new products to your cart.
To finalize your order, please click on the ”View basket” or “Checkout” icon, which you can log in to your user account in case of an existing registration.
On the Shipping page, you can choose the shipping method that suits you, or if you have a shipping address other than Hungary, you will find the exact shipping cost here, which is added to the total value of the products.
If you choose a payment method of payment, please initiate a transfer order to the beneficiary indicated in the confirmation within 8 days of purchase, otherwise the Operator reserves the right to cancel the purchase.
If you would like to receive an electronic newsletter about our products, current promotions and other offers in the future, please check the box at the bottom of the page. Our newsletter service is free and can be canceled at any time without any obligation to purchase.
On the last page, you have the opportunity to review the products you have selected for purchase, their prices, shipping and payment terms, and the details of your performance and the total amount you pay. If you want to change any data, you can do so by clicking on the appropriate link.
If the information provided is correct, you can finalize your order by clicking on the “Place Order” button. Order submission is considered as an offer to the Operator and creates a contractual obligation with it.
The prices shown in the Webshop are in forints or euros and include the current VAT, but they do not include any additional costs (such as packaging, shipping), which are included in the final purchase.
The contract concluded with the Webshop is created in Hungarian, which the Operator stores in electronic form.
- Bid binding, conclusion of contract, performance
After the order has been sent, our system will confirm your order within 48 hours by email, where you can view the main details of the purchase again. If you find an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not receive the email confirmation within the above deadline, your offer will be terminated. If you really do not wish to make use of the purchase option, please inform our customer service.
The automatic notification sent by us does not in itself constitute the commencement of the fulfillment of the purchase, nor does it have legal effect on the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to limit or deny the delivery of each product, depending on the inventory, but at all times we will endeavor to complete the order.
By placing an order placed in the Webshop and accepting it by the Operator, a contract of sale is concluded between the parties as being absent and deemed to be concluded in writing. The legal relationship between the parties is governed by Hungarian law, primarily with the provisions of CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services. Act CXII of 2011 on Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and the detailed rules of consumer and business contracts (II.26) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Self-Determination and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 / EU on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46.
In order to avoid further misunderstandings, please advise the person carrying out the shipment as well as our customer service, if possible, if you are injured on the package or on the product itself. In case of injury, you have the right to deny acceptance.
Please note that irrespective of the payment method, the Operator reserves the right to own property until the payment of the product is paid in full, under which you are not entitled to own the product until it is paid.

- Right of withdrawal
If you place your order as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw without justification at the time of receipt of the products or for 14 days thereafter. In the case of a contract between the parties, a natural person acting outside his trade, profession or business is a consumer.
If you receive your order at several different times, the withdrawal period is calculated from the last product receipt.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a statement to our Customer Service by the 14th day at the latest. For ease of administration, you will find the Cancellation Statement required for withdrawal on our site.
Failure to meet the deadline for withdrawal will result in loss of rights.
If you have exercised a right of withdrawal for some products or for the entire order, you must return the undesired product to our customer service immediately, but no later than within 14 days. Please note that we will not be able to take over the returned package. In case of cancellation, please return the product in our original packaging to us.
In the event of cancellation, the Operator will refund you the total amount paid as consideration, including any costs incurred in connection with the performance, within 14 days of becoming aware of the cancellation, but at the earliest after the product has been definitively returned. In case of personal return The operator will refund the fee immediately in cash. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you will not be subject to any other fees or deductions, except for the quantity of the product, or for any depreciation or misuse arising out of normal or abnormal use.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, we will refund you the amount of money returned by the payment method used in the order. With your express consent, other forms of payment may be used for refunds, but you will not be charged any additional fees. Please note that if you have chosen a mode of transport other than the least expensive regular mode of transport when ordering, we are not required to refund the resulting additional cost.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal
– in the case of a contract for the provision of a service, after completion of the service as a whole, if the Operator has commenced the performance with the express, prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has acknowledged that he will lose his right to terminate the service as a whole;
– for a product or service whose price or charge is not influenced by the Money Market Operator, depends on possible fluctuations within the 14-day withdrawal period;
– perishable or short-term preservative (eg certain foods, cosmetics);
– in the case of a sealed product which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after its release (eg cosmetics);
– a product which by its nature is inseparably linked to another product after delivery;
- Warranty, warranty, complaint
Products in the Webshop may be used within the expiration date indicated on the packaging or on the product, after which their use is strictly prohibited. The Operator undertakes that at the time of delivery the warranty period does not expire, but no further liability is required.
Please notify our customer service immediately after the problem has been detected, and we will do our best to remedy it. A person deemed to be a consumer may claim his / her warranty within a maximum period of 2 years after receipt, otherwise the limitation period is 1 year. This provision does not apply to goods that deteriorate in a shorter period (eg Schüssler salts).
In the event of a warranty claim, you may primarily request a repair or replacement, or failure to do so or a legitimate refusal by the Operator (incurrence of inconvenience or substantial additional costs) may instead require a reasonable price reduction, or you may correct the defect at the expense of the Operator, and ultimately the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period specified above. it can go too far. Please note that cancellation due to an insignificant error can only take place within the 14-day deadline. In addition to the cost, you are entitled to switch over to the right of choice of warranty.
Within 6 months of receiving the product, it is sufficient for you to notify us of the faulty performance, but you will then have to prove that the error has already occurred at the time of receipt.
Please be advised that the Webshop does not currently have any products that are covered by the 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Government Decree.
If you wish to complain in our direction, you can do so through our customer service or through the competent authorities. We will attempt to investigate all complaints as soon as possible, but within 30 days at most. In the absence of this, or if you do not have an acceptable answer, you have the opportunity to contact the appropriate authorities. If you wish to raise a record of your complaint with us, please contact our Customer Support Center directly.
In the area of consumer protection, the competent regional offices are primarily competent.
